Visit to the exhibition “Gauguin: Maker of Myth” at Tate Modern

Paul Gauguin, a post-impressionist and pioneer of modernism, was one of the most influential and celebrated artists of the late nineteenth century. This stunning exhibition, bringing together over a hundred works in a wide range of media as well as rarely-seen illustrated letters and sketchbooks, will explore the various stages of his career from his years in Brittany, Martinique and Arles to the late work in Tahiti, where he sought to escape the confines of European civilization. The exhibition will reveal Gauguin’s remarkable breadth of approach, the complexity and richness of his narrative technique as well as the myths and fables that were central to his creativity.

Cost & Booking
The cost of the day is £65 (lunch available at £12). To book, please contact us.
