Visit to the Weston Cast Court with Marjorie Trusted FSA, Senior Curator of Sculpture, Victoria & Albert Museum
This day celebrates the re-opening of the Museum’s magnificent Italian Cast Court which has been restored to the colour scheme of 1873 with its original tiled floor revealed. The celebrated casts, conceived as exemplifying the best of European architecture and sculpture, have also been restored to their original colour and are once more revered for their rarity and quality.
